Classic Jeepers Delight 1996 XJ 4x4 4.0 Sport
275k miles on the clock, official 200k mile club member, and the most reliable vehicle we've ever owned. Purchased from original owner in 2011 it has spent the majority of its life in the mountains. There is some rust of course, and the windshield is cracked as a result. It is all original and has a stainless exhaust manifold and muffler. The tires are great and only have a few thousand miles on them. In the last 3 years the front end was completely rebuilt by Cook's including the steering box and pump. The AC was redone by Wells Automotive, new condenser, compressor & lines. It has great component speakers and a Kenwood eXcelon headunit. Cap, Rotor and Plugs replaced yesterday, oil change this weekend. These straight axle 4x4s are tough and getting harder to find.
